She is 16HH bay (almost black) and white tabiano mare. Her mother was a TB mare we had named Eureka Lady. She was born here on the ranch in 2005, please see her baby pictures to see how far she has come along.
She is currently broke to ride and has spent many hours on the trails. She would be good for an intermidiate rider wanting to spend time with her, but is not for a beginner. She could be an amazing horse for English pleasure, jum ping or dressage, if trained that direction.

Scarlet -- is thought to be about 15 years old, thoroughbred type mare. She is 15.3 hands high and will need some extra feed to keep her weight on.
She came to me from a very nice lady who got this mare just to get the poor girl out of a bad situation. Scarlet was standing in a stall that was way to small for her (maybe goat size). It had a trash can in it for water that had a hose in it that was aways on, so even in the middle of summer she was standing in mud! It had a pipe sticking out of the ground for her to trip and get hurt on too! It was too sad.
Scarlet took a little while to come around, but now she could be a kids horse! She is gentle and just wants attention. Would be good as a trail horse...
Please relieze that, she will not be able to jump or be ridden hard, or by someone heavier then 175lbs, due to her conformation and past situation. She may also take some time to adjust to her new home and should be given time before worked with. Best for kids or women, she has trust issues with men.
